A South Indian Cuisine "Dosa"

It’s pretty hard to choose a favourite food of mine to talk about as we have various food throughout the world. But if I was told to have one food for the rest of my life I would have surely chosen dosa. It is my preferred food item as Indian is my favourite cuisine. Not just for me but dosa is South India’s topmost favourite dish for breakfast. According to Wikipedia, it was first made from Udupi. it was here in Udupi, the dosa was made crisp and served.

There are many types of dosa such as Paper dosa, Masala dosa, Rava dosa, Podi dosa, Neer dosa, etc. Whenever I visit a restaurant I mostly eat Masala dosa. It is very crispy that has a spicy potato filling with red chutney. This dosa is crunchy from both sides. I can now scent and taste it in my mouth as before long as I strolled interior Handi’s or any other eatery that serves dosa.

I love eating a dosa that is filled with mashed potato and coconut chutney. The more vegetables you add, the better it tastes. My personal favourite is lettuce. It gives the burger the right amount of freshness and crunchiness. Even though I eat dosa from outside but nothing can beat the dosa my mom makes. She keeps food safety and hygiene in mind and makes it very beautiful. No matter what, from the top chef or the world’s best restaurant nothing can be compared to homemade dosa.

If you are a fan of Indian cuisine then Dosa is just the right choice for you to have a light yet delicious dish.
