Pohela Falgun is the first day of the Bengali month and also it is known as the first day of spring. This festival is celebrated in many different manners in Bangladesh. Nowadays it has gotten huge popularity around the globe. The festival is also called ‘Boshonto Utsab’.
On this day, the whole country adorns with colorful look and celebrate the most anticipated month, spring. Falgun is the eleventh month in the Bengali calendar and the first month of the season spring which is known as the king of all the six seasons that brings back warm sunshine, budding flowers and dancing of birds.
