Sujir halwa is one of the perfect desserts to enjoy anytime. People enjoy this dish, especially on Ramadan Days and other special days. To celebrate Eid, some families also prepare this dish as the main dessert item. So, let’s try to make this delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup suji
- 4 tbsp ghee
- 3 cardamoms
- 2 small cinnamon sticks
- 8-10 raisins
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2 tsp rose water
Instructions:
- Firstly, add some ghee to a pan, then put the suji into it and mix it.
- Then add cardamom, cinnamon sticks, and raisin into it and stir for 7-8 minutes on low medium heat.
- After heating for a few minutes, add some milk and mix them well.
- Add sugar and stir until the semolina absorbs the liquid.
- Pour some ghee, add rose water and mix it properly.
- Take the semolina in a dish and add toppings like nuts, and almonds.
- Leave it for 1-2 hours ad then enjoy your food.
