Apart from all the difficulties I have a quick solution for every chocolate lover. It is possible to make the same cakes instantly sitting at home, for which no oven is required. Here you can easily bake the cake of your choice in a pressure cooker using a different method. The quality and taste of this cake will remain the same. So, follow the instruction to get your fluffy and soft chocolate cake.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup of plain flour.
- ¾ tsp of baking soda
- ¼ tsp of salt
- 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp of regular oil or butter
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of water
- ¼ cup of milk
- ½ tsp of vinegar
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
Method:
In a bowl, whisk the flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking soda together and mix well. In another bowl, cream the egg, sugar and regular oil or butter, after that stir vanilla extract and vinegar. Combine mixing flour with this. Finally, stir in the milk and water until the batter is smooth. When the mixture is done pour it into a cake pan. Preheat the pressure cooker, we can use a thick pan also. Place some salt or sand and put a plate on it then set the cake pan. Cover the pressure cooker and cook it with low flame for about 40 to 50 minutes. Check whether your cake is ready or not by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it’s ready to be your delicious dessert.
