This 2,226 grams of Kobe beef raised and slaughtered in Tokyo, Japan, is seasoned with pepper and mustard, with minimal decor and fine ingredients that Aragawa restaurant has to prepare. It achieved fame because the establishment is the only thing that sells.
4. 103 Wagyu Ribeye
This cut of meat dominates high-end steak menus around the world. Wagyu production outside the country increased when the Americans banned Japanese beef imports in the first decade of 2000, specifically in 2001 and 2005. 5. Renga-tei Kobe Fillet
